Welcome to Lewis / Miller Publishing

We’re a small but passionate creative team made up of an author and an illustrator who believe in the magic that happens when words and pictures come together.

I’ve been drawing since I could hold a pencil (rumor has it I started at age three!) and now I’m finishing up my BADAS degree at the University of Florida. My style changes with the story, but my favorite thing about illustrating children’s books is how it takes me right back to my own childhood, when pictures could spark whole new worlds in my imagination.

This book marks my partner’s very first published story, and together we were inspired by our beloved dog, Bella Donna — whose playful spirit reminded us how stories can come alive in unexpected ways.

Lewis Miller Publications started as a way to share this story, but at its heart, it’s about something bigger: bringing stories to life through the power of words and illustrations. We’re just getting started, and we can’t wait to share more adventures with you!
